Variety Entertainment Service Agreement

With reference to the engagement referred to above,the Sponsor shall,to the extent provided by law,have full supervision,direction and control over the services of the Entertianers/Artist and does reserve the right to oversee the manner,means and details of such appearance(s) by the Entertainers/Artist.
This agreement providing for a personal appearance on the part of the Entertainers/Artist is made specifically to unavoidable detentions and/or cancellations which may result from sickness,accident,inclement weather,riots,strikes,epidemics,personal injuries,acts of God,or other legitamate circumstances beyond the control of the Entertainers/Artist;In the event of such detention or cancellation,it is agreed that the agent and/ or the Entertainers/Artist shall not be in breach of this agreement and such Agent and/or the Entertainers/Artist shall have no obligation hereunder except to furnish a satisfactory substitute date for Entertainers/Artist
This agreement may be cancelled and/or terminated only upon the furnishing to Variety Entertainment a notice 15 days prior to the scheduled date in writing;in the event of any such cancellation or termination,the Sponor shall forfeit to the Agent an amount equal to 50% of the agreed stipend as liquidated damages.
